I am paneled within the MODA insurance network. I can also accept private pay and/or provide a SuperBill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement if you’re not in-network with MODA. Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and/or Health Savings Account (HSA) Cards may also be an option.
